The Rallybound Payment Service experienced two partial outage this afternoon:
15:47:19 (EST) - 15:57:18 (EST) (9 min 59 sec)
15:44:28 (EST) - 15:46:18 (EST) (1 min 50 sec)

During this time the ability to accept payments may have been interrupted for some or all customers. The outages were caused by an infrastructure upgrade by our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure App Service. Rallybound will investigate options to prevent service interruptions during similar upgrades in the future.
